Who am I?
Tansi, Ê”édlánet’é, hello.
My name is Laura Hrdlicka, a proud Indigenous woman from Northern Saskatchewan with ancestral ties to the Dene and Cree. I hold dear the memory of my late grandparents, Fred and Roseanne Adam. I am the founder and CEO of Resilient and Redefined Wellness.

I became a Certified Personal Trainer because I fell in love with exercising. The rush of endorphins, the sense of accomplishment, and the transformative power of movement captivated me. One of the benefits I noticed when I started working out was that it had a profound impact on my mental well-being. Exercise became my sanctuary, my escape, and my strength. This discovery ignited a fire within me, a mission to help as many women as possible learn to love working out and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Exercise is not just about physical strength; it's about mental resilience, emotional balance, and spiritual harmony. Sharing my story and knowledge is my way of giving back to my community. I want to inspire and encourage women, particularly mothers who are Indigenous and/or from the North, to become healthier versions of themselves. We deserve to feel strong, capable, and vibrant, no matter where we come from or what challenges we face.

To every woman out there, especially those juggling the beautiful chaos of motherhood or navigating the unique experiences of Northern communities, I see you. I understand the struggles, the sacrifices, and the triumphs. Let's reclaim our health, our joy, and our power.
