Program overview: This 8-week plan is designed to help new moms rebuild strength, improve energy, and nurture overall well-being while navigating postpartum life. The focus is on gentle progression, core and pelvic floor recovery, mental resilience, and sustainable wellness habits. Services Provided in the Resilient Mama Program: ✅ 4 In-Person Sessions – We’ll meet at the gym once every two weeks to focus on form, strength, and progress. ✅ Complete Personalized Fitness Program – Tailored to your postpartum needs, focusing on strength, core recovery, and overall wellness. ✅ Full App Access – Includes workout videos, a guided stretch routine, and direct communication for support and guidance. ✅ Ongoing Coaching Support – Stay connected and receive motivation, adjustments, and expert advice throughout the 8-week journey. BONUS: Holistic Postnatal Goal-Setting Session – Align your fitness, wellness, and motherhood goals for long-term success. Optional: Weekly Video Check-ins – Extra check-ins for accountability and personalized support.
